The conditions below apply to eligible returns. Custom-manufactured and private-label orders are handled under their project agreement.

Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot normally be returned unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or supplied in error. Use trackable shipping and package returns securely.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Custom-manufactured, personalized or private-label products cannot usually be returned unless defective or not supplied to the agreed specification. The applicable quotation or supply agreement takes priority.
